Subject of the conference: the new opportunities in terms of competitiveness and development driven by the adoption of innovation processes oriented on cost effectiveness and increase of the service system with a particular regard to the Open innovation model and the positive aspects it can bring to citizens.

The goal of the convention is to foster the exchange and the sharing of tools, objectives and experiences in the area of service innovation for business and citizens.
